If you have done any diploma, other than your degree, or only diploma, then this becomes your talking point or point of discussion with the interviewer. Diploma's are usually of shorter duration than a degree, for example your high school diploma is not a degree.
If you have completed your higher education from a college or university in a formal setting which will take from three to four years, then you will receive a degree. You undergraduate degree, then a post graduate degree, then a Doctorate of Philosophy degree.
These courses add value to your knowledge and by extension they make your resume stand out by showcasing that you constantly keep yourself updated with new information and course, keep yourself up-skilled. However, in sense of your education they don't add much value since they are not professional diplomas or degrees
Experience is what the interviewer will focus most on. Most of the interview will focus around this so you must be thoroughly prepared with what to say and how to say it. You should thoroughly go through your resume and what points you have mentioned there and you should know it like its at the back of your hand. Therefore, study it before you sit. The interviewer is going to pick points from there and ask you to elaborate and then you should also have examples ready on your tongue.
